Site Layout
The site layout shows the proposed arrangement of the homes, parking areas and access routes. Two separate access points are proposed, helping to provide access to different parts of the site and the associated parking areas.
The layout has been designed to support the efficient use of the site while maintaining a safe and practical arrangement for residents and visitors
Proposed Street Elevations
The illustrations show how the proposed homes may appear when viewed from Ewhurst Road and from within the development site.
The designs take inspiration from local architectural features and materials to reflect the character of the area. Please note: that the design is still being refined and subject to further changes.
